Terms and conditions

1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Huisje Pip, located in Putten, Gelderland. By making a booking you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Reservation and payment
You submit a booking request via the website. As soon as we have received your request, we reserve the chosen dates for you, so that they can no longer be booked by anyone else. You will immediately receive an email with the total amount and the payment details (a payment link via iDEAL or Wero, or our bank account number if you would rather pay by bank transfer).
You pay the full amount within 2 days of your request. If you submit your request on a Thursday, you pay by Saturday at the latest. If payment is not received in time, we will cancel your request and the dates will become available again. In that case, you owe us nothing.
Your booking is confirmed as soon as we have received your payment. On the same day, we will send you an email confirming that your payment has been received and your stay is guaranteed. Until then, your request is a reservation and not yet a confirmed booking.
3. Cancellation
The following conditions apply in the event of cancellation:
- More than 8 weeks before arrival: full refund
- 4–8 weeks before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival: no refund
4. Arrival and departure
Arrival is possible from 15:00. Departure must be by 11:00 at the latest.
5. Guests
Huisje Pip is intended for a maximum of 2 adults aged 18 or over. In addition, one baby under 2 years old is welcome at no extra cost; please mention this in your request. Huisje Pip cannot accommodate children aged 2 and over, or more than 2 adults.
6. Pets
One dog is welcome (a maximum of one per stay). We charge €15 per stay for this; please mention it in your request. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog.
7. Damage and liability
You are responsible for any damage to the cottage or its contents that occurs during your stay. Please report any damage immediately; it will be settled after your departure.
8. House rules
Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. Noise nuisance must be avoided, especially in the evening. Lighting open fires is not permitted.
The park regulations of De Eyckenhoff always take precedence.
